Today, Hood Homes is focused predominantly on lettings, property management and helping owners make the most of their property. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we look at the property, its location, the market and the owner's objectives before recommending the strategy we believe is best suited to it — whether that's a traditional long-term tenancy, short-term or serviced accommodation, an HMO-style strategy, refurbishment and repositioning, or another approach altogether.
